“When you see change as the only constant there really is, you start to recognize it as an expression of ongoing life that’s a welcome clue to your own purpose and meaning”

-Wayne Dyer

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an excellent assessment that jump starts this process.  As a skilled and experienced MBTI® Certified Practitioner, I offer personalized assessments for individuals and groups.  Individual assessments are $150 and include the MBTI assessment (self-scoring), The MBTI Handbook on Type; and a one-hour coaching session to review the results and use this knowledge for planning solid actions; whether actions connect to career change, relationship development or personal growth and learning.  Please contact me for group pricing.  Read more about this personality and preference assessment here: (link: What is the MBTI?)

Strengthsfinder 2.0 is an excellent assessment which yields an understanding of 34 distinct strengths – and how each individual evidences these.  I provide coaching using this assessment as part of any engagement, if the client so desires.  Clients are responsible for taking the assessment (online) and providing me with their results for further analysis and integration into the coaching process.  Read more about Strengthsfinder 2.0 here: (link: About the Strengthsfinder assessment.)

The Immunity to Change (ITC) Map ®.  Not so much an assessment but a powerful tool, the ITC map was developed over several decades by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey (Harvard psychologists).  The map provides an “x-ray” of those complex cognitive processes which keep clients “safe” and from being incapable of making an “adaptive change” (a change in mindset if you will) despite the client’s own strong desire for such change.  These adaptive changes require complex cognitive processing (deeply connected with foundational emotional underpinnings) which once understood, becomes a life changing vehicle toward lasting change.  I use the ITC map in my coaching and find it to be a well received and remarkable structure for this challenging type of desired change.  Read more about the ITC here (Link:  Immunity to Change):
